1. Claims received regarding the quality of the goods will be considered in accordance with the norms of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in accordance with regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 631. . “The procedure for submitting and considering a consumer’s claim for a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract” (MK Rules No. 631).
