1. Since the sale of goods offered on the website www.akum.lv is carried out through an offer posted on the Internet, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in such a case where the buyer places an order, between The buyer and seller enter into a Distance Agreement.
2. On the website www.akum.lv all prices for goods are indicated taking into account the value added tax of 21%. The prices offered are valid as of today. The cost of the product delivery service is not included in the indicated price of the product.
3. You can pay for the ordered goods and the selected delivery service using a bank transfer or the services of a leasing company; it is also possible to pay in cash at the time of receipt of the goods. It is not possible to pay by card.
4. When ordering goods, we offer you to choose one of three ways to receive the goods: free – ordered goods are delivered to the address Lubanas iela. 78E, LV-1073, Riga, delivery throughout Riga by our courier, delivery throughout Latvia using Express Pasts.
5. The ordered goods must be received within three working days from the moment when www.akum.lv informed that the order is ready for receipt.
6. Before you start using the purchased product, please carefully read the instructions for use of the product and use the product only in accordance with the instructions of its manufacturer, in accordance with the characteristics of the product and the intended purpose of use.
7. If you change your mind and decide to refuse the purchase, apply the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (ZPAL) and the regulatory rules of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 207 “Rules on distance contracts” (Rules of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 207) to indicate that the buyer has the right within 14 calendar days days to cancel the contract and return the goods purchased in the online store back to the seller. Part 6 of Article 12 of the PTAL provides that when refusing to purchase in the case of a distance contract, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of refusal.” We recommend keeping the original packaging of the goods so that when exercising the right of refusal in accordance with the terms of the Distance Agreement, the goods do not receive external mechanical damage. www.akum.lv reserves the right to withhold a compensation fee or refuse to accept goods that are damaged, incomplete or otherwise lost their original appearance (for example, due to additional programs installed on the computer). 8. If technical problems arise with the product during the warranty period, free warranty service for the product will be carried out in accordance with the terms of warranty service established by the manufacturer of the product.
9. Claims received regarding the quality of the goods will be considered in accordance with the norms of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in accordance with regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 631. . “The procedure for submitting and considering a consumer’s claim for a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract” (MK Rules No. 631).
